    During the resilience walking program, you’ll work on your goals and competencies through walking coaching sessions, reflection exercises, and assignments.

    Together, we will:

    • Create a realistic and personalized action plan and put it into practice.
    • Continuously reflect on your goals: are you on the right path?
    • After each session, you’ll have exercises to work on. The success of the coaching program depends on your own motivation and effort.

    As your coach, I use techniques and methods such as NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Coaching, Motivating Management Service, and walking coaching.

    Final Evaluation

    In the final session, we’ll reflect on your progress and the resilience coaching walking program. Together, we’ll review whether you’ve achieved your goals and how far you’ve come. Finally, we’ll discuss what you’d like to focus on in the future. If desired, a follow-up session can be scheduled to check in on how you’re doing later on.
