My name is Nadine Lucas. I’m a goal-oriented and creative coach specializing in business and walking coaching.

As a coach, I’m open yet discerning, creative, and intuitive.
My guidance is built on carefully listening and sensing what you need, so we can work on it together while walking. I incorporate elements from nature as we move forward. By blending walking in nature with goal-setting and applying my expertise, we achieve sustainable results. You will gain greater insight into both your positive and limiting behavior patterns, and I help you face what may be difficult.
I listen without judgment, hold up a compassionate mirror, and think with you in a practical and down-to-earth way.

Just a few coaching sessions can make a big difference: greater self-confidence, more inner calm and relaxation, increased energy, and enhanced decisiveness.

The focus is on rediscovering your strength and applying it in your daily life, with an emphasis on the here and now. This way, you can feel happier and regain control of your life.

Nadine Lucas (1982) may still be relatively young, but she’s already a seasoned professional. The Dutch-German Lucas grew up in places like Scotland, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. These international experiences sparked a deep wanderlust in her, one that can only be satisfied by frequently leaving the chilly Netherlands behind. It’s no surprise that this highly experienced marketing and business professional gravitated toward jobs that either allowed her to live abroad full-time or required frequent travel.

It all started with Marketing

While most people start at the bottom after finishing their studies, Nadine began somewhere in the middle: her first job was as a marketing manager at an IT security distributor. In the years that followed, she steadily climbed the corporate ladder at various international IT, payment, and fintech organizations. Titles like Head of Marketing, Director of Marketing EMEA, and Manager of Global Marketing & Communications adorned her business cards, and she traveled all over the world. Yet, the higher she climbed, the less appealing the view became. There was little to no room left for further growth and development.
